Piers Driver head chef has been working in kitchens since he left school 15 years ago he started off as a kp and worked his way up to a head chef over a number of years working with some fantastic chefs along the way. Piers immersed himself into the boom of the London gastro bar and pub scene over 5 years ago, he is really excited to be heading up the all-new Society and it's fantastic menu. His youth, Original flair and talent are the key ingredients to our Great seasonal menu. We only use the freshest ingredients from locally sourced suppliers. His roasts have to be tasted to be believed.

An extensive cocktail list is available featuring a mix of contemporary cocktails and the old classics. If you have a favourite not on the list, please ask one of our bartenders and they will be more than happy to make it for you.
